Pentru cei care nu cunosc povestea „ dramei” domnului Spânu ea poate fi rezumată în felul următor. În cadrul unei întâlniri de taină de la Snagov a parlamentarilor P.D.L. cu președintele Băsescu, ultimul i-a spus cât se poate de clar că rolul de luptător împotriva ”încrengăturilor mafiote locale” și mai ales a “numirilor politice, a nepotismelor la deconcentrate şi la centru ! ” nu-i vine prea bine în condițiile în care tocmai el și-a condiționat votul la recenta moțiune de cenzură de numirea unei rude în poziția de director executiv al Direcţiei Regionale pentru Accize şi Operaţiuni Vamale Iaşi . Deși a știut că președintele spunea adevărul, domnul deputat de Tătărași a început să se prezinte ca o victimă a unor lucrături din partea colegilor săi de partid care-i rostiseră șefului statului neadevăruri despre dânsul. Daca până acum ne-am obişnuit ca echipa Emil Boc- Elena Udrea să ducă diferite lupte împotriva alegătorilor români costatăm că tocmai în aceste zile se pregăteşte o nouă confruntare de această dată cu reprezentanţii aleși ai românilor, cu cei care lucrează în primării și în administrația publică locală. Când facem această afirmaţie avem în vedere proiectul de modificare a Legii 273/2006 a finanţelor publice locale care desfiinţează, de facto, descentralizarea în România. Prin acest proiect, se încearcă distrugerea instituţiei primarului prin conferirea de puteri sporite prefectului în materia bugetului local. Prefectul va stabili oportunitatea investiţiilor făcute de o primărie, chipurile în funcție de menținerea în limita stabilită a deficitului bugetului local. Cu alte cuvinte, prietenii politici ai lui Traian Băsescu, Elenei Udrea și ai lui Emil Boc vor decide dacă un drum, un canal sunt sau nu oportune pentru comunitatea locală. Practic, prin această măsură, miile de orașe și comune din România vor avea trei primari: Băsescu, Udrea și Boc. De asemenea, ne aşteptăm ca în continuare să fie considerate ca fiind oportune investiţii precum sălile de sport și patinoarele construite la de trei ori prețul real de clientela politică a PD-L, precum și drumurile care nu există decât pe hârtiile produse de clientela politică a PD-L.
